We have a beautiful house in San Fulgencio/La Marina. The construction of our dream home was realized together with Michaela. She guided and advised us on almost all aspects of construction and interior design in a very pleasant and relaxed manner. The Dutch-speaking guidance and her years of experience in styling and decoration were an enormous help for us. Therefore, we have always returned to her for other small projects since then. Building or renovating a second residence in Spain seems delightful, and it can indeed be very enjoyable. In the process, you hope that everything goes smoothly. However, building or renovating is a journey—a journey that requires close supervision. Supervision, however, demands time. And time is often what's lacking. Not to mention the language barrier. Contractors in Spain do not speak our language; they naturally speak Spanish. That's why, for our project in Orihuela Costa, we sought someone with expertise who could relieve us of these concerns. Someone who could oversee the project from start to finish and make independent decisions in the meantime. This is how we found Michaela Hennin. A lady whom we had previously engaged in our project in Guardamar. Together with the architect, Michaela meticulously designed our project with an eye for detail. From the drawing board to the move, she handled everything. She visited the construction site very often, coordinating and instructing the various contractors. Our only task was to occasionally visit the place to observe the progress. The result speaks for itself. We are very grateful to Michaela for the pleasant and professional collaboration.
